We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible view from our room at Puerto Amarras. The bed was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The location was also convenient, allowing us to take a scenic 25-minute walk to the city center. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the overall value for the price was good. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would recommend this hotel for its breathtaking views and comfortable accommodation.

Exceptionally large room, great river view, enormous and comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom, small kitchen area in the room.
Not one thing.

The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the view from the room was fabulous! the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. the breakfast was outstanding!
The walls of the room were so thin that we could hear everything that was going on in the restaurant and outside. the service was not good at all.

The location was perfect for a stroll to the downtown area, with a stunning view of the docks and river. the rooms were spacious, great beds and the breakfast was decent. Guests could take advantage of the tennis courts and swimming pool, plus a nearby mall was convenient for shopping.
The staff were unfriendly at times, and the restaurant was loud until late.

We stayed at a hotel with great views of the port - and it was so refreshing to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city center! The room was absolutely massive and there was so much space to spread out and be comfortable. We loved that there were a number of things that we could do outside the room as well, like park amenities such as a pool, tennis courts, and plentiful food options nearby.
The hotel was great, but the only downside was that the windows were not double pane, meaning that it could get pretty chilly in the winter. The reception staff could have been a little more welcoming too, as we were left to figure things out on our own and had to ask around for necessary information.

We loved the spacious room, with impressive size that could hold a ball! The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the fantastic river view and the location close to the center was great. We also appreciated the proper breakfast for local standards.
Nothing to mention.
